Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver - The policy must be purchased within 12 days of the Initial Trip Payment. Day one is the date the initial payment is received. If the policy is not purchased within 12 days of the Initial Trip You will get a separate email containing a quote for the Travel Protection Plan. To purchase the plan, you must use the link provided in the email from Travel Insured International. Remember to purchase within 12 days of receiving the quote.
Final payment is due on or before February 1, 2025. This card will automatically be charged for final payment unless notified of different form of payment prior to February 1, 2025.

  • Once you have paid the necessary deposit for your trip, we will email you confirmation of your booking. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder.   • The trip's group site will be the most reliable source for trip updates. Specifically, the FAQ section on the page offers crucial details such as passport and entry visa requirements. Additionally, approximately 90 to 120 days before your trip, we will send email updates with pertinent information—any information you need or want to prepare for your vacation.

  • 30 days before your trip, we will email you travel updates. Please review them carefully and reach out to us with any questions.
